Terms & Conditions of The $2012 cash Back Promotion
From Here On The Term “You” or “Your” or “They” or “Their” Will Refer To All Persons/Couples/Families Entering Into This Contest By signing A Listing Agreement with Myself AND Making It Known They Wish To Participate In This Contest By Signing A Separate Agreement From The Listing Agreement.
From Here On “I” or “Me” or “Myself” Will Refer To Molena Gould As An Individual Sales Representative Only And Does Not Refer To Keller Williams Realty or Any Of It’s Brokerages Including But Not Limited To Keller Williams Energy.
This special promotion is a draw which is to take place every 60 days commencing upon the date of the first registrant(s) into the contest. A registrant(s) is considered a seller(s) who lists their property/signs a listing agreement with myself Molena Gould and makes it known by signing a separate agreement from the listing agreement that they wish to participate in this contest. Over a 60 day period it is required that a minimum of 3 sellers must register and list their homes with me in order for the draw to take place/occur. If there are not 3 sellers/registrants than we will wait; for the third seller to list their home/sign a listing agreement with me; up to a maximum of 100 days and then the draw will take place/occur. The winner of the draw will receive a cheque in the amount of $2012 dollars from myself within one week after the closing date of the sale of their home. If their home does not sell before the expiry date of our listing agreement they are no longer eligible to receive a cheque in the amount of any dollars. This means they receive no money. If they wish to relist their home and sign another listing agreement with myself Molena Gould then their eligibility will remain active. If their home does not sell after 365 days of listing agreements with myself Molena Gould their eligibility to receive any cheque from myself in regards to this Cash Back contest will be terminated. The registrant(s) also agree that no litigation, complaints, law suits, arbitration will arise as a result of the $2012 Cash back promotion and will attempt to retrieve any money/cash/funds/compensation of any amount/sort form except for the cash amount of $2012 should they meet all of the terms and conditions listed above.
Rules For My Special Offer To List At 4.75
In order to take advantage and be eligible for this special offer to list your home at 4.75% with myself Molena Gould, you the seller(s) must refer another seller OR buyer whom signs either a “Listing Agreement” or a “Buyer Representation Agreement” within the same time frame with myself Molena Gould.
If you are a BUYER and know a seller(s) whom wish to sell their home they can take advantage/be eligible for this special promotion upon the completion of you the Buyer signing a Buyer Representation Agreement with myself Molena Gould.
